I design my educational approach to fit the needs of all students. To achieve this goal I work hard to figure out each student's strengths and abilities so that I will be able to set individual goals with high encouageing, and understand in order to create a rapport with the student. I will create a safe classroom envioronment teaching students that everyone is valued and should be respected. The students will be allowed to explore using centers and manipulatives to enhance learning. I will welcome any parent or guardian to my classroom to participate in activities or observe. Finally, I look beyond the classroom needs of students so that I help each child to be successful in daily life.
